A police probe is underway after a three-figure sum of cash was taken from a Broughty Ferry shop.
The incident happened at about 4.30pm yesterday on Brook Street, between Gray Street and St Vincent Street.
Police are keen to trace a group of three men in connection with the incident.
One of the men is described as being 5ft 5in tall, of stocky build, wearing a black-coloured jacket and cargo style trousers.
Officers are also keen to speak to a woman who may have been with the men and she is described as being 40-45 years of age, 5ft 5in and wearing a light-coloured jacket.
