Fire crews were called to tackle a kitchen blaze in Dundee today.
Firefighters attended an address in Mains Road in the Hilltown just after 10am.
Officers wearing breathing apparatus used a hose-reel jet to douse the flames.
No one is believed to have been injured in the the fire.
Firefighters then used a ventilating fan to clear the property of smoke.
A spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service added: “Two appliances from Macalpine Road attended.
“Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used a jet.”
