Firefighters battled a van fire on a busy Dundee road on Saturday.
The alarm was raised at around lunchtime on South Road.
A spokeswoman for Scottish Fire & Rescue said that they had attended the van fire after receiving a phone call from a member of the public.
She added: “We received a call at 1.28pm on Saturday. A van was well alight on South Road when we got there.
“Fire fighters used a jet, a hose real and two breathing apparatus and relaxed procedure and police are now liaising with the vehicle owner.
“There were no injuries as a result of the fire.”
