Firefighters have been battling a blaze in a Broughty Ferry laundrette overnight.
The fire broke out at The Ferry Laundrette on Gray Street in the early hours of this morning.
A spokeswoman for Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were in attendance at a laundrette in Broughty Ferry at 1:26am today.
“Two vehicles from the Ferry, two from the Kingsway and two from Blackness Road were dispatched.”
The fire service was unable to comment on the cause of the fire.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “We received a call to The Ferry Laundrette on Gray Street at 01:25am today to attend a significant fire.
“Both King St and Brook St were closed for a period of time to allow access for fire services.
“There will be a joint investigation by the fire service and police launched this morning, but there is nothing suspicious to report at the moment.”
